Delete or deactivate your Constellate Health account

You can delete or deactivate your account directly from the app. Open the Constellate Health app, go to Profile → Account, and choose either Deactivate Account or Delete Account.

Option 1: Deactivate your account

Deactivation disables your login but preserves all your data. You can reactivate at any time by contacting us. This is recommended if you want to take a break but may return later.

Option 2: Permanently delete your account

Deletion permanently removes your personal information. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Account credentials (email, password, login access)
Personal information (name, date of birth, sex, demographics, contact info)
Chat history and conversations
Connected service tokens (Apple Health, Oura Ring)

What may be retained

De-identified research data — study submissions and health data are retained in de-identified form as required by study protocols and IRB obligations.
Consent records — proof of research consent is retained as required by institutional regulations.

If you are participating in a study, withdrawal and data handling may also be governed by your study's consent process.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to use the in-app deletion feature, you may email constellatehealth@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Constellate account and include the email address you used to sign up. We will process your request within 30 days.
